Last updated: August 27, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Aerospace Rotables, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you visit our websites, use our services, or otherwise interact with us. It also explains your rights and choices. Our services are intended for business audiences.

1) Who we are & scope

  • Controller: Aerospace Rotables, Inc., 5151 NW 109th Ave., Sunrise, FL 33351
  • Contact: info@arotables.com
  • Applies to: All websites, microsites, and landing pages we operate that link to this Policy (the “Sites”).
  • Audience: Global; region-specific practices and rights appear below.

2) Information we collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, from our service providers, and from publicly available or commercial sources.

2.1 Information you provide

Examples: name, business email, business phone, job title/role, company, inquiry details, support messages, billing and transaction information.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit our Sites, we (and our vendors) use cookies, pixels, SDKs, logs, and similar technologies to collect:

  • Online identifiers (IP address, cookie and advertising IDs), device and browser data, language, time zone.
  • Interaction data (pages viewed, links clicked, referrer, session duration, campaign/UTM parameters).
  • Approximate location (derived from IP address).

2.3 Visitor identification (B2B lead attribution)

We use visitor-identification services to match site activity with organizations and—where permitted—professional business contacts. These services analyze technical signals (e.g., IP, device/user-agent, pages viewed) and may enrich with professional contact/firmographic data. We configure these tools for business use only and do not intend to collect sensitive personal information.

3) Cookies & similar technologies

We use a consent management platform (CMP) on our Sites. In regions where consent is required (e.g., EEA/UK/CH, Canada, Brazil), we do not set non-essential cookies or load non-essential tags until you consent. In certain U.S. states, we provide opt-out controls and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. See Your Choices below and our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

3.1 Categories we use

  • Essential: Required to provide the Sites and keep them secure.
  • Analytics: Measure traffic and performance to improve the Sites.
  • Advertising/Sharing: Deliver and measure advertising and retargeting; may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some U.S. state laws.
  • Visitor Identification (B2B): Identify visiting organizations and professional business contacts to qualify leads and measure marketing.

4) How we use information (purposes)

  • Provide, secure, and maintain the Sites and services.
  • Analyze usage and improve performance and content.
  • Identify visiting organizations and professional contacts for B2B lead generation and sales outreach.
  • Personalize and measure advertising and campaigns.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, enforce terms, comply with law, and protect rights.

5) Our legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include:

  • Consent for non-essential cookies/tags (analytics, advertising, visitor identification) and for sending certain marketing.
  • Legitimate interests for B2B lead generation, site security, and improvement, after balancing your rights and freedoms.
  • Contract to provide requested services; Legal obligation for compliance.
You may withdraw consent or object at any time via Privacy Choices.

6) Disclosures & recipients

We share information with:

  • Service providers/processors (hosting, analytics, advertising/retargeting, visitor-identification/B2B enrichment, security, billing, email/SMS providers) under contracts that restrict their use to our instructions.
  • Advertising and analytics partners to measure and improve campaigns and reach business audiences.
  • Affiliates (if any), professional advisors, and authorities as required by law or to protect rights.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, certain uses of cookies and advertising/visitor-identification data may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws. See Your Choices.

7) Your choices & rights

7.1 Cookies and consent

Use the Privacy Choices link in our footer to manage preferences. In the EEA/UK/CH (and other opt-in regions), non-essential tags load only after consent. In the U.S., you may opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising via our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link. We honor GPC where required.

7.2 Marketing communications

You can unsubscribe using in-message links or by contacting us.

7.3 Region-specific rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information.
  • Opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising and certain profiling.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent.
  • Appeal our decision if we deny your request (where applicable).
Submit requests to [aog@arotables.com]. We will verify your identity and respond as required by law. If you use an authorized agent (U.S.), we may require proof of authorization.

8) Retention

We retain analytics, advertising, and B2B visitor-identification/lead data for 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We periodically review and delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed.

9) International data transfers

Where applicable, we use approved transfer mechanisms to move personal information across borders (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and relevant addenda; adequacy or certification frameworks where available). We also implement supplementary measures, as appropriate.

10) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, monitoring, least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

11) Children

Our Sites are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect or sell/share personal information about minors. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

12) Automated decision-making & profiling

We use analytics and B2B lead-identification tools that involve profiling of site interactions to qualify business leads. We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

13) Vendors & technologies we use (illustrative list)
